The one behind the brand:

Hi! I'm Hamzah, the founder of The Natural Kind, a small, independent brand based in West Yorkshire.

Let’s clarify something:

First things first, this is not a loud wellness brand pushing trends or exaggerated, bold claims. We’re a quiet brand that does not chase growth or fame. We’re the opposite—slow, intentional, and rooted in kindness.

The Natural Kind is about offering a carefully considered collection of products built on real experience and trust. Every product we offer is something we’ve personally chosen because of its exceptional quality, integrity, and usefulness in our own lives. That’s why we keep our product range intentionally small.

How it started:

The intention was initially to launch a completely different product due to suffering from chronic pain. However, during a period of serious illness a few years ago, I was introduced to the remarkable purity and healing qualities of Greek honey. Experiencing its depth, richness, and natural benefits first hand changed the way I viewed food and wellness. What began as a personal journey to recovery became a desire to share something truly special—and that’s the moment The Natural Kind was born.

Today, we work closely with small-scale artisan beekeepers, particularly in Greece and Lithuania, who harvest raw honey using time-honoured, uncompromising methods. Every jar is carefully chosen for its quality, integrity, and connection to the land it comes from. Each jar is more than nourishment; it’s a shared story of care, community, and respect for nature.

Plans for the future:

While honey remains at the heart of what we do, we’re gradually expanding into other exceptional wellbeing products, all guided by the same philosophy: intentional, carefully curated, meaningful, and kindness at every step—to the body, to the people who create our products, and to the natural world that sustains us all.
