Our shipping rates are automatically worked out at checkout depending on weight and size of the order. You will get an accurate rate at the checkout once you have placed the items you wish to order in your shopping basket.
- For smaller and lighter parcels, the shipping is £3.99
- For heavier parcels upto 10kg, the shipping is £4.99
- For extremely heavy parcels that are over 10kg, the shipping is £9.99
• Orders are usually sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, with delivery in 2 working days.
Please note, as we are an online-only business, we do not offer in-person order collection.
How do I check my order status?
When you place an order, you will recieve a notifcation via email/sms regarding the status of your order. Our courier will also send you the tracking details so you can track your order. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to be available.
My order has not arrived
If you have not received your order within 5 working days, please contact us as soon as possible at info@thenaturalkind.co.uk, including your name and order number. We will investigate this as a priority.
