Oak honey is a honeydew variety, shaped by forest sap rather than floral nectar, resulting in a darker, more complex expression with exceptional body and a long, refined finish. Previously awarded 3 stars (the highest accolade) at the Great Taste Awards, it is best appreciated slowly, allowing its character to unfold.
